How much is shipping?

We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day).
Orders $0 - $50 = $8.00 flat rate
Orders $75+ = Free
*Shipping rates for gift sets may vary. Add items to cart and enter shipping address to estimate shipping rates. 

Do you ship outside the US?

At this time we do offer shipping to Canada and the US. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only orders shipping within California will incur sales tax. 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We take pride in every candle we ship. If you are not satisfied with your items feel free to e-mail us with any questions or concerns, info@candlessentials.com. 

What is your refund policy?

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the handmade, earth-friendly nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or refunded. All sales are final.

Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund any candles damaged during shipment if images of the damaged item/items are submitted within 7 days after delivery. Please send your order number and a photo of the damage to info@candlessentials.com. 

Are your products cruelty-free? 

We do not test any of our products on animals or use animal by-products.
